Respected Ladies, Gentlemen & Colleague,

Let me first wish you a very happy and prosperous the new year of 2023-2024. Being the progeny of land of Karma, we must recognize the human values like fellow feeling etc. Economic fortune shorts some body into affluence but there is a class of destitute and we have certain duties towards them. In this earth there are certain things like happiness, health and environment, love and friendship which money cannot buy. To be sure the Government with its administration have some mandatory policy and planning to combat different diseases and nourishments of the diseased but there is inadequate to the vast population of this country and herein lies the necessity of voluntary organization like us is one of them. If there is any land on the earth that can clay claim be the blessed Punnya Bhumi, to be the land which souls on this earth must came to account for Karma, the land to which to every souls that is wending its way God ward must come to attain its last hoe, the land where humanity attained its highest towards calmness, above all the land of introspection and spirituality, it is India. As we are poised to enter the 2 year of inception, we cannot but look back at the years of our involvement with the rural masses. Sometimes we are taken back by the sheer dimension of efforts and resources needed to alleviate poverty and miseries of suffering humanity. Our intervention are indeed a tiny drop in the vast ocean, still if that drop can quench the thirst of handful of oppressed and exploited, we will know that we have done something worth. We want to make our small endeavor beautiful and worthy to our needy fellow men, particularly the women and children. The team of workers, staffs and eco-volunteers of the society will be satisfied only of our beneficiaries of the community are satisfied. We are striving for their upkeep development, upliftment and dignity.

Keeping this in mind, our Society is prepared today to race the reality with iron determination and robust optism. We have taken all our efforts to establish contact with the Government and Non-Government Agencies for funds to this effect and hope we shall met them and complete the task undertaken to service the people and remove their hardness, root and branch. Now, the Society deservedly enjoys the reputation of being one of the best run associations to own a training-cum-production unit. Up till now every philanthropic peoples in knowledge of the association came forward and helped their best t\o enlighten the spirit of social serviced and to stand by for a noble cause and we grateful acknowledge their noble gesture in running this Society accordingly.

Although, man has miles to go and has perform numerous duties for their development as well as for the nation. All peoples are not able to contribute free services for the development of the society in addition to their personal affairs. The Society cannot progress if the people remain self-entered. In order to progress the welfare towards social and economical development, this is to think share our joy and woe amongst us who are living in the society and should come forward to help each other in the times of natural calamity and any kind of danger faced by somebody during their social life. The total development and progress of the society will be possible only if the people will be sincere for their duties with regard to the others. With sincere participation of the community for various welfare measures we can reach our expected target at a great extent. But in the regard, my observation is that without some financial position it is not possible to achieve perfection of our thought. So we should depend upon some donor agencies for their valuable contribution for any kind of rural development and upliftment. Keeping this in mind, all our social workers, Eco-volunteers and as well as the executive committee members have been performing their activities and presenting programmes in different times. Now many problems we are facing towards our progressive efforts. Now, it is cheerful news that with the Government of India and the Government of West Bengal and some NGO & Voluntary Organization has also come forward to develop the National Integration among the community in order to fight united against the social evils and incoming danger before the NATION. In this way we can make a united country and all our efforts should be directed towards the target. Hence, due to illiteracy and lack of proper awareness they are still now under the darkness of superstition. To meet their minimum requirements, they have to engage themselves in their traditional works throughout the day and they failed to active part in different social activities. In order to develop the society, they have to perform different development works for others besides their own interest.

Let of all but not the least, Friends, I, the Founder, likes to remind once again that the Society/Association has been playing an important role for upliftment of these section of the mass who are living the below poverty line, obviously by active help and co-operation for which again, I, the Secretary & Chief functionary, express my heartfelt thanks and expect similar help and co-operation for all concerned in the year to come. Now let’s all come together and hoist the flag to be flittering with our words “service to man is the service to God”. In the end, we should like to extend our congratulation to the present committee members ‘Governing Bodies and other general members for their creditable performances inspire of the initial hurdles and constraints. We would be much thankful if they continue to extend their moral support, social cooperation and timely suggestions in the coming days. With my best wishes to all.
